considering our lack of success in game 7's , how do you feel this year

People who claim that the kings will win the series like me, feel we should be able to win the series possibly in 6 games . But how do you feel about a possible game 7 at AT&T CENTER in S.A .

Personally i feel a lot better , because we didn't the players in the past like artest and bonzi who can play physically in tough environment . We have some heart breaking game 7's losses to the lakers , mavs and twolves .

With artest and bonzi along with MR Clutch Bibby , we should be ok to play a game 7 . Of course i would rather not play the spurs on their home court in a game 7 !

I think we need to get there first. Taking the World Champions to a game 7 is a remarkable feat in itself, and would be a huge confidence booster. Like you mentioned, this is a new team and it has little effect as to what has happened in our game 7's of the past.

This might be a year of breaking jinxes or curses. SAR is going to the playoffs. The words "Sacramento Kings" and "defense" are being said in the same sentence without laughter.

One step at a time, one game at a time.

Every streak has gotta end sometime(game 7 losing streak).

I'm so pumped for the play-offs!! As I said in another thread I don't care if we get swept.

GO KINGS!!!!!

And surprisingly but to my disappointment Ron hasn’t pulled anyone’s shorts down.

Hmm, I wonder if Eva will be wearing shorts to the games? :D

In the past I have ralled against the Kings in game 7's a cautioned that to succeed they HAD to take oponets out by game 6, but this is different. Kings might jump out and get game one with a rusty TD in San Antonio, but the Spurs will win games, they are the champs and they play tough physical D... What gives the Kings a little of an edge in later games in a long series is that with a younger and less damaged team the longer the series the more toll it SHOULD take on the Spurs, espcial the wax musem they have on their bench. Much props to Horry, Nick, Finely and Bary for great careers, but ALL these guys not only a step or tow slower, but a year or so away from retirement.

Secondly as much as I have to respect Pops as a coach, I think Rick does a better job at making adjustments (in part beceause Pop's tends to do it right the first time) So again in a longer series those adjustments become crucial.

spurs best bet is to try and end things in 4 or 5. Kings best bet is to steal game one, hold their own at Arco, and hang arround like a fart in in a phone booth then come out blazing for the 4th win be that after 4,5 or 6.

Nicely said. If the Kings win game one in SA and then hold their own at ARCO, then it would be Kings in 6.
