Good enough half
Don't care for that shot selection by DeMar but ok.
No calls on that last LaVine/DDR shot. typical.
Overall very good though. This is our best half since 1H vs PHX. Good on Christie for shortening up the rotation, getting real minutes roles to Carter/Keon and getting Domas more touches and making sure he's not ignored offensively.

The Thunder turned up the effort at the end but the Kings survived it. Can't have a flop of a 3rd quarter start.

Yeah the Thuder sans Jdub are so reliant on. SGA creation and 3pt shooting. They're getable if we stay home on the shooters and just let SGA do what he's going to do

They look a lot more connected than against LA, I'll tell you that. They need to keep progressing (and play Ellis + Carter).

And with Keon and Carter you can at least see some of the supposed "vision". Great pressure on D, connective passing, and movement. Then DeMar and Monk taking the offensive lead.
Hmm, I disagree here. I think this is by far the most cohesive we've looked all season.
Feels like an actual "plan" with the rotation tonight and we've gotten Sabonis back involved as the hub of the offense. 62 on the OKC defense is excellent, even without Chet/J-Dub playing. Noticeable difference with ball pressure getting Keon and Carter on the floor for much bigger roles.

it’s hard to imagine us pulling this out but at the very least hopefully Doug and staff have figured out a few combos that work. Regardless who starts, gotta pair up the right guys.
