Charlotte is a sneaky underrated team when all their players are healthy, they're just never all healthy.

Speaking of unexpected results, though, that "We're definitely not tanking (wink, wink)!" lineup that Indiana rolled out today put BTA to the Heat.

I hate to be like the "I asked ChatGPT" but I asked ChatGPT "what is the worst individual +/- stat line for a single game recorded by one player in NBA history":
The worst individual plus-minus ever recorded in a single NBA game belongs to Manny Harris, who posted a –57 while playing for the Cleveland Cavaliers against the Los Angeles Lakers on January 11, 2011.

Here are the details:

  • Game: Cleveland Cavaliers vs. Los Angeles Lakers
  • Date: January 11, 2011
  • Final Score: Lakers 112, Cavaliers 57
  • Manny Harris’ plus/minus: –57
That game is infamous as one of the most lopsided in modern NBA history — Cleveland lost by 55 points, and Harris’ –57 remains the lowest single-game plus/minus ever recorded since the stat has been officially tracked (starting in the 2000–01 season).

So YES, -60 is either the worst recorded +/- for one player in a single game, or damned close.

from the NFL doing London games to the NBA doing games in Berlin or Paris trying to dip their toes in a soccer market is a brave attempt, I wonder how much viewership has increased since these attempts. meanwhile, the in season tournament was created because the soccer leagues instead of just reducing the games and re-formatting the NBA Playoff structure
