If it were all about defense, I'd be all over that because she is the best on ball defender in the WNBA as far as I'm concerned. But I've seen enough of the 5 guards on this team being collectively essentially no offensive threat whatsoever the first half of the season to get my fill of that. Her price tag is too high for a defensive specialist. I'll live with the two-headed defensive specialist Bolton Campbell tandem, right now I think collectively those two had better numbers than Kedra's had in Houston. While I do think something went on behind the scenes to cause her to be on her way, the fact of the matter is IMHO that Kedra is on the downside of her career. When she was here, she could not hit from anywhere inside the 3pt line to save her life and when she was shooting from the perimeter she was approaching the outer limits of streaky. I didn't see anything about her numbers in Detroit to change my mind. I also get the sense that she would not be happy with the role she would have in a Whisenant rotation. I think she was unhappy here with a declining role/minutes and that was a factor behind why she was moved to Detroit.
