Malone said he thought when Rudy was brought over him and cousins were friendly but after the team USA experience they became much closer.
said cousins and Rudy are much more vocal towards the team in timeouts and in the locker room after team USA.
said Rudy gay has the talent to put up 25 a night. That he would expect it and reply on it.
laughed when jim Rome mentioned viveks 4 on 5 idea on defense. Told him that he values viveks input but some things he has to just go with what he knows or something like that. Said the best way for him to play defense is with 5 guys.
said after team USA he thinks demarcus realized it wasnt about him but about his country and now it's about the kings and how he can make us better.
when asked if we can be a playoff team Malone said if we play defense were gonna beat alot of good teams.
said the offense still needs work and that's part of the reason for the low assist numbers.

LOL at the last question and how he answered it. If you can't listen it was the 4 on 5 question. First Malone laughs, says "great question" then laughs again. He basically dumps all over the idea but says I will always give my owner the respect he deserves and listen to anything he brings up.
There is literally no better way to answer that question, except for maybe the getting rid of the laughs.
