not sure if this is the right forum but i thought i'd share this with you guys. had dinner with some friends and someone's boyfriend happened to have worked as an NBA reporter for a few years (back around '98-'04ish). after i joked about having him hook me up to meet chris webber and that i was a kings fan, he said that this was his favorite webber story:
"we had one of those interviews for webber where we had people send in their questions to him, and we would pick a few of them for him to answer. so we contacted the kings or his agent or whatever and basically sent them the questions and a tape recorder to so he can just dictate his answers. anyway, i get the tape back and start to take down his responses, but on the audio it was weird, sort of like his voice was echoing all the time; i figured these guys were busy so they just do these things when they can even if they're in a weird place. the tape was almost over, and right before he clicked 'stop' on it...i hear a toilet flush."
