Chameka Scott with the Seattle Storm!

I was not aware of Chameka signing with the Seattle Storm, but according to the following article, her name is mentioned on their recent training camp roster...and not the Monarchs' roster!

And speaking of the Storm, what is the latest on them possibly moving to Oklahoma City? It seems that the NBA Sonics are moving, but what effect will it have on the Storm's 2007 season? Will this be the last season for them in the U.S. Northwest?

Chameka Scott cut by the Storm

Ex-Monarch Chameka Scott was one of six players cut by the Seattle Storm yesterday (Tuesday, April 24, 2007).

Maybe playing in Europe this summer could give Chameka the pro playing experience that she needs?

Perhaps, but she more likely needs to find a team with more open roster spots than the two she's signed with. Maybe expansion will help create that- but its a numbers game.
