Here is the link to the USA TODAY | Sports staff report on the "term sheet" sent by Billy Hunter to the players summarizing the deal points before they voted on the new CBA. As far as I know, nothing changed as result of vote. There may be, however, some "B-level issues" resolved after the vote not directly affecting player salaries.

One interesting new wrinkle (for me at least) is the player option to volunteer to play in D-league if he has 3 or more years of active NBA experience.
No mention of roster sizes.
