From the SF Gate website, here's a follow-up story on Lamisha Augustine, a Fresno native who went to San Jose State University, and was selected by the Monarchs as the next-to-last pick in the '06 WNBA draft.
She was later cut by the Monarchs during the training camp, but still plays in a semi-pro league in San Francisco, called the SF Bay Area Pro City League.
