Can someone shrink a photo for me?

I would like to use a photo for my avatar and I need to shrink it to the appropriate 200x100 pixels (or whatever the max is for our avatars).

I would greatly appreciate some help. I would probably have to send it as an e-mail attachment. So PM me if you are willing.

If you use Windows, use the image resizer:

Look for the file download on the right side - VERY easy to resize images to preset sizes or a custom size. Works great!
