Well you all must have been waiting for me to say something about this Hawes deal right? real quick... Noc is gone!!! thats really why i got the amen title.

well i actually have mixed emotions.... Although Hawes was my nemesis... i actually, like alot of you really did see the potential in the kid...

and Kid is exactly what he was.......

he had the things you cant teach... height and size... plus things that some players just cant for the life of them learn or "get" which is basketball vision and IQ...

Hawes had a unique skill set that could have separated him from the run of the mill role player and put him into the gifted group....

however he is very very.... very young and unfortunately made a lot of terrible choices in regards to his training, conditioning and man... that attitude... or more like sense of entitlement... he just seemed to be waiting like the rest of us for him to be great, instead of going after it with hard work and effort...

I always wished the best for him and wished i could have seen him live up to the hype...

maybe he will and i'll be happy for him... i wish him the best...

however I WANTED SAM D!!!! and now we got him!!!! we needed this kind of player!!!

PLUS NOC IS GONE!!! WOW!!! WHAT A GREAT TRADE!!!!

yea I didn't like his sense of entitlement he seems like he could be a very good player but he didn't put in the hard work. I wish him good luck with 76er's.

I could have started a thread like this saying I am happy for the trade because we got rid of Nocioni and Hawes is not that bad after all, ESPECIALLY if I have my picture posted in this board like you.

Anyways, AMEN we are finally gone and over with the term soggy waffles and the three-point chucking overpayed Noc is gone, both in exchange for a legitimate rebounder and shot blocker center Dalembert.
