I'm going to the game tonight in Season ticket seats. Are bobbleheads only available for tickets purchased through ticketmaster?

You should receive a voucher to redeem to get yours, I believe. (I could be wrong.)
 
As a STH, I also got a choice of one bobblehead on 10/20/15 email and picked up cuz on his game night. There was also an offer as part of Thanksgiving Email 11/24 that offered a pair of lower seats or a complete set of bobbleheads
my complete set should be ready in March.

Other than those two opportunities I think it required a separate ticket purchase on specific bobblehead nights
