I am not sure if Kaysar will take out Eric. I think the only way he can is if they do the ole trick of nominating 2 others then have them use the Veto and put Eric up after taking someone off the block.

Other then that I think it gives him(Eric) to much time to manuever and he will be able to get the votes to stay.

I predict initial people on the block will be Ivette and Rachel.

Right now James and Sarah are the 2 that are most likely to make it. However they are going to let the house know next week they are all working with partners so that will change things a bit.

VF21, what, who, where? Edge of my seat here. Are you OK?
It took a while but I recovered. All the smoochies between Michael and Janelle at the beginning were really disgusting, but to hear him just blather on about how special she is, etc. was really pretty pathetic. I mean - hello? They just met, right?

Boy, talk about slimey. Janelle really makes my skin crawl. Here she has Michael thinking she's really into him and then, as soon as he's out the door, she's all over Kaysar like a cheap suit. And no, I'm not buying the whole "strategy" idea at all.

I can't imagine why James lied to Kaysar about Sarah. Makes absolutely no sense at all - and probably contributed to James being on the block this week.

There are some very interesting dynamics shaping up. By putting Maggie on the block, I think Kaysar made a big mistake. He knows Maggie is with Eric, and I honestly don't think Kaysar is strong enough to take on the Ericmeister.

I believe this is Janelle's last gasp. I've seen the looks most of the people are giving her and her little assignation with Kaysar. I think unless she wins the HOH next, she's gonna be on the block.

Nobody brought the BB6 thread back after last night? Are you kidding... did I call that move or what? Although I didn't predict Maggie.

For some strange reason I don't think Eric is done just yet. He may be toast but I think he will lobby hard to get Maggie booted so he stays in the game. She will also agree with the plan.

I got chills when Kayser told Maggie that he caught the bigger fish. Man he is a better player then I initially thought. Great show last night, actually that scene with him and Maggie in the corner has to go down as one of the top 10 all time BB moments.

I have to admit the dynamics of this particular group are arguably the best ever. My hats off to whomever actually selects the house guests. They outdid themselves this time.

I don't think Eric is done yet, either. And I also have the sneaking suspicion there are still some secrets to be revealed. I wouldn't be surprised to find out, for example, that Howie is related to Eric. Kaysar thinks he's in the driver's seat but if there is a secret alliance involving Howie/Rachel OR James/Sarah, then he - Kaysar - has put all his eggs in the wrong basket.

I have to admit that Kaysar seems to hold all the cards right now, but if there are any other secrets out there, he's toast.

Very interesting show...with Eric going out the door, at least for now.

Did anyone notice that Julie remarked to Eric about this being the season of secrets and anything could still happen?

I think the "alliance" made a big mistake in voting Eric out right now. Maggie is the much more strategic person and her winning HoH is huge.

If I were her, I would remove Kaysar's power base. Put James and Janelle up on the block and if EITHER of them is removed, put Kaysar in their place.

I am more and more convinced that Kaysar is merely using Janelle, who by the way has to be suffering right now. She actually isn't going to be able to hang out in the HoH room 24/7. I cannot stand her...

And, once again, I'm totally and completely hooked...

Sarah is an idiot. Instead of being angry about James being put up with Kaysar, she should be rallying support for James... The only way she and James are safe is if Kaysar is voted out.

The VETO competition should be interesting.

#42
I am completely pulling for Kaysar to win the veto but you probably already knew that. I want to know why Kaysar or James didn't tell Maggie that her so called alliance are the 4 people that voted for her to leave the house. Nobody brought that up. HELLO??? Beau, Yvette, April and Jennifer all voted Maggie not Erik. I was sitting there all hour yelling for someone to please remind Maggie of that fact. It was frustrating. And how the heck could they have voted out Michael, and keep Howie. Howie is waaaay worse than Michael with his sexual advances. I think if Kaysar wins the POV and uses it, Maggie will put or Jinelle. What do you think?

I'm almost positive if Kaysar wins the POV and saves himself, Janelle will go on the block. AND I think Kaysar's alliance will be dust...

Maggie doesn't care who voted for whom in the Eric-Maggie option. Those people HAD to choose between one or the other. What's done is done, you know? They couldn't not vote.

Maggie is a lot smarter than people have given her credit. She's not going to be swayed - nor should she be - by anything Kaysar or James has to say. At this point, if I'm Maggie I'm feeling prety good. One of her three biggest headaches is about to be gone. And, with any luck at all, it just might be Kaysar.

One thing to consider: Julie keeps saying there are a lot more secrets. I wouldn't be at all surprised to see Kaysar (if he's voted out) AND Eric both return for some reason. I can't forget that Julie - instead of telling Erick "goodbye" - specifically said "This is the season of secrets."

I agree about the secrets. I think we are going to find out that Yvette and Maggie are actually girlfriends. And I think everyone that has been voted out up to a certain point will come back. Who knows. I tell you what. If Kaysar goes home, I may not watch it anymore. I think he played his hand to quickly in the game. It is a shame. Obviously you do not like Kaysar, but I hope he stays.

i'm an avid fan of Big Brother. I was extremely disappointed to see Eric go. Him and Maggie are really the only 2 that i like. I'm sooooo happy Maggie got HOH!!! I really hope she puts Kaysar and Janelle on the block. Or James. I hate all of them. This has been the most disappointing big brother yet. Too bad

You made a slight mistake or didn't hear correctly. Ivette confessed that she is lesbian and that her partner's name is Maggie. The Maggie on the show, however, is the WIFE of one of Eric's fellow firefighters.

I don't like Kaysar primarily because of Janelle. I also don't like the attitude he appears to have - that he's so much smarter than everyone else.

James and Kaysar are on the block. Maggie did it Saturday.

I have to disagree about this being the most disappointing BB ever.

I think the casting people really did a good job of selecting the variety of personalities for the house this time. There are strong people. quiet people. loud people. sneaky people and sheep.

My only real problem with Kaysar is he is SO strong and pushy that it actually makes it too much about him IMHO. I do agree with Daniela that he played his hand way too quickly AND I think he put too much trust in Howie and Rachel.

We'll see tomorrow...

Same here....

I think this is one of the best BB ever if it continues on this path. The only one as exciting to me has been BB4 with Alison and Jun.

I called last weeks shot so now I will call this weeks. I think word will get back to Kayser about Sarah trying to switch again, He will get the troops to vote off James. Although I am not sure about the veto. If Kayser or James gets it I can see Sarah going up next.

And whats up with James selling his girlfriend down the river? I am sure she will enjoy seeing that on TV.

Maggie is single. She is not married. For all we know that picture could be of her brother who is a firefighter. You never know. With this season nothing would shock me.
Can't wait for tonight. I am resigned however to the fact that Kaysar is probably on his way out. He is too strong a player to be allowed to stay.

#51
Maggie's boyfriend works with Eric. At least that's what i remember her saying in the beginning. I think that's how she knows Eric.
And yeah, now that i think about it, your right. There is a lot of controversy that makes it better. Maybe its not the most disappointing. Maybe it seems disappointing because there's no hot guy this year. Some think Howie is that guy but i don't. Drew from Big Brother 5 is more my type. Not the kind to hit on practically every female in the house. I dont know...thats just my opinion.

While Maggie may be "single," I do recall several instances - especially in reading the logs of the live feed - where she and Eric (totally alone) talked about her guy, and how much she missed him, etc. In addition, there hasn't been anything said about Maggie and Ivette having secret conversations, meetings, etc. and those things are pretty common in those 24/7 feed summaries.

#53
Ah Ha. You look at the feeds. I don't so I don't know about the conversations etc. I am just saying that with this whole SUMMER OF SECRETS we could be blind sided at any minute.
Kingsgurl-I personally think Kaysar is extremely handsome. Big brown eyes, dark hair, tall, great smile. Boy don't get me started. Drew was cute, but in a more boyish way. Howie, I guess I can see where people think he is cute, but I am sooooo turned off by his sexual crap in the house, especially since Michael got kicked out for a lot tamer stuff. But that was Erik for you.

BLAST!

Maggie made her first real mistake IMHO. When James was taken off the block, she should NOT have put Janelle in her place. Had she put Rachel on the block, she would have had a vote that looked like this:

Kaysar: Beau, April, Jennifer, Howie, Ivette
Rachel: James, Sarah, Janelle

Kaysar would have been gone.

Now, there's a real chance Kaysar could - by throwing Janelle to the wolves - save his posterior:

Janelle: Howie, Rachel, James, Sarah AND just one of the Maggie alliance and Kaysar is safe. If Kaysar can get to any of the Maggie people, it was a big mistake.
Kaysar: April, Beau, Ivette, Jennifer

I hope you are right VF21. I just have a sinking feeling that Kaysar is gone. I know Yvette hates Janelle, but Maggie is determined. Plus I think if Kaysar starts to campaign too much against Janelle he will just confirm the "evil" thoughts in everyones heads. All of sudden to save his own skin he betrays his friend again. Thurs. will be fun indeed.

I have to disagree. Everyone can clearly see that Kaysar is a threat. I think a lot of people underestimate Janelle because she plays the "dumb blonde" role. I think Maggie's one of the few people who see that Janelle is possibly a larger threat than Kaysar. Not only is she sneaky and has smarts for the game, but she's also a good physical competitor. Kaysar hasn't been able to prove his physical ability yet...not that i can recall. Plus, everyone on Maggie's side wants Kaysar gone...and I think both James and Sarah would like to be rid of him soon...yet not many want Janelle gone (including the people on Maggie's side). I just don't think they see her of as much of a threat. I, personally, would feel that Maggie and her crew were much safer if Janelle was gone than Kaysar. Either way, Maggie benefits. So I guess it doesn't really matter who leaves.

#59
Last night Yvette did say that she wanted Janelle gone. That she has wanted that since day 1. I don't know if it will a landslide either way.

What I can't understand is how in world Erik had these people so tricked into thinking he is a good guy. He lied just as much as anyone and got Michael, who is a saint compared to Howie kicked out of the game. I admire what he does, but I think Erik is slime and so is Maggie. I really do not care for either one of them.

At this point if Kaysar, who I want to win this thing, but won't gets the boot I of course want Janelle to win. After her I guess the next one I would want to win would be Rachel and then James. I hope with all of my heart Maggie, Yvette and Beau do not win but who the heck knows.

If anyone else decides to "supposedly swear" on any religious book ever again....someone find something to bang against my head. It's getting rather annoying.Kaysar has the right idea to play the game but pulled his trump card way too early and could be his downfall. Janelle while a strong competitor, needs someone else to be the "brains" of the operation.
