Bench cousins

This was over a call against him earlier in the game.

And ... he got T'ed up for it. My post was responding to someone saying that Duncan never got called for technical fouls based on him putting up his hands etc. And I said that what Duncan does doesn't compare to Cousins' body language, and here you give me an example of Duncan showing up the ref. So what's your point again?

The difference is he doesn't keep whining to the ref every single time down the court, nor does he scowl at the ref and shake his head and what not. Duncan raises his hands, gives the "NO FRIKIN WAY" face, but then puts his hands down normally and goes the other way. Cuz scowls, does a sort of pout tantrum thing where he throws his hands down (like give me a break). It's all about body language.

this shows he does keep whining. It's not an isolated incident. It just happened against Crawford who T'd him up.

I think the Kings play better without Cousins recently. I don't care for Cousins always yelling at the ref's to begin with, but he really needs to just grow up. Not like pestering the ref will convince them to change their call anyway. Wouldn't hurt if he played like a center instead of trying to be a guard either, focus on blocking shots and getting rebounds instead of jump shots.

Maybe the Kings should sign/trade for a veteran center to teach him? Someone like Darko or Anderson that plays a classic center style and move Cousins to PF for a few minutes a game.
