I don't know if any of you watch "American Idol", but I recently discovered there is a women's basketball connection to the show!
Two of the current female contestants are ballers!
(1.) Ayla Brown, of Wrentham, Massachusetts.
Ayla is an "American Idol" contestant who has played b-ball in high school, and has been offered a four-year basketball scholarship from Boston College.

(2.) The other b-baller on "American Idol" is Rebecca "Becky" O'Donohue, from Dobbs Ferry, NY.
Becky and her identical twin sister, Jessie, both played basketball at Niagara University and graduated there in 2002. In 2004, the twins participated in a special "Twins" edition of the reality-TV show, "Fear Factor".
