I might try & make it...I could always use a body tune-up. Not to mention learning from one of the best. Wow to have half the body Ruthie has. Thats years of physical fitness. I like the part of being able to eat what we want...if we work out!
 
Ruthie was awesome. She gave some basic principles to help you keep going, like have a goal, it's a process, not a quick-fix, make it part of your daily plan, get in a step at a time, don't go cold turkey, all that good stuff. Oh, yeah, and have a buddy to keep you on target!
