I attended the game on Dec. 22. It took about 45 minutes to get from Davis to Arco. Traffic will be horrible, but probably not as bad as what we encountered since at least it's after Christmas.

It's better to be early than late.

20-25 minutes is about right depending on exactly where you live in Davis. However, factor in Friday traffic eastbound on I-80 may add 10 minutes or so.

Didn't even think about traffic...I'm usually coming from I-5 North.

Don't go I-80, traffic is insane. Go back way through Woodland!

From Interstate 5 South
Take Interstate 5 to Del Paso Road. Turn left onto Del Paso Road and cross back over the freeway. Turn right on Commerce Drive and take a left onto West Entrance Road. From here, please drive directly into Toll Plaza 3, or turn right on Sports Parkway and enter the parking lots further down through Toll Plaza 5 or 6. Please note that there is no general parking through Toll Plaza 4.

^^While those directions are okay, if you're not familiar with getting from Davis to Woodland, you can get turned around very easily and end up going the wrong direction on I-5 or possibly even end up in Yuba City. My advice is that he/she take the route they are most comfortable with and just adjust their time for traffic.

True, I-5 is the MUCH better route but I just wanted them to be forewarned, having made a similar mistake myself once.

;)
