They also said that they have eye witnesses in favor of Justin.
Sucky part is that the D.A is taking their time and are not rushing one bit in this whole drama.

While I have wanted to see Justin start for us at PF (but also develop a free throw shot somewhere along the way), I have a bad feeling about his future with the Kings - even if he isn't charged with a crime.
If the PD or DA completely exonerates him, then he's back in the game, and hopefully ASAP. But if it's anything less than that, then Justin will forever carry a dark cloud over his shoulders, and that will factor into his future in the ever-image-conscious NBA.
