Any NBA Subscription package to watch Kings games on ROKU AFTER they have happened?

#1
Hi all, I asked this question a couple of months ago for NFL, and because I have to go to bed really early at night due to my job, I can't watch Kings games live either. So does anyone know if the NBA offers a package to be able to watch Kings games the day after? And I'm hoping there are no blackout rules due to the team being local, but since the game isn't live, I'm hoping they will shows them after. And I want to be able to watch it on ROKU, not on an APP on my phone. I know I can google it, but sometimes the advertising is misleading when it comes to local teams. Thanks!

Not that I know of. I DVR them on youtube tv and watch them an hour or two later but I'm guessing you're outside the market which is probably why you're asking this question.

If you're local, you may have some difficulty without moving to an actual TV package. The streaming version of NBA League Pass will blackout local games. That blackout is apparently lifted after three days, but since you want day after, that's a no-go.

At this point, your cheapest option is probably a streaming TV service like YouTubeTV. I think YTTV is about $75 a month now, but for new subscribers you can probably get a small deal. YTTV will give you NBCSN-California, plus ESPN, TNT, ABC - whatever channel the broadcast is on it should cover all 82 games. You can just set it to record the Kings and all the games will record in the cloud. Unfortunately, that's going to come up to ~$500 for the season, and unless there are any streaming TV packages like Fubo/Sling that might come a bit cheaper, I don't know if you can do any better given your requirements.

Okay thanks all. That NB League Pass rule is so stupid that they wait for 3 days before you can watch a local game in the archive section.... With NFL local games, they are available 2 to 3 hours after the game airs. Totally dumb. I guess I'll just have to wait until I move to Colorado, which I hope to do soon, then I'll be fine and can watch them 3 hours later.
