Petrie said today that acquiring Dalembert would not change Kings draft strategy because (and here's his quote at Dalembert news conf): "We like 6-7 players at the top and would be comfortable with any of them."

I don't think so... Who is really to say who is on top of GP's draft board... Haven't we learned over the years?
I remember back in 1996 I was at the draft party at arco and that was the year john wallace kept slipping and slipping in the draft. We had I believe it was the 14th pick and petrie comes out to announce who we were picking and the whole arena is chanting wallace wallace wallace and he says we are drafting predrag stojakovic and everyone starts booing him off the stage and we were like who? Oh and kobe got picked 13th that year and Petrie had said if Kobe was there when our pick came up we were going to draft Kobe.
