It's nice to see Achiuwa and DeRozan talking to the Toronto folks after the game, especially when they played so well. The Toronto fans love DeMar.

The Kings were practically giving the Raptors every chance to win the game. Sometimes the other team has to take the reigns

No one wanted him and his contract. Same with every other Sacramento veteran. The thing is, if you lose and lose and lose, everybody else in the league thinks all your players are lousy.

Yeah, I found myself very torn. The tank is the smart thing, but they worked too hard to not see it through to the end with integrity. I just hope the basketball gods are watching and nodding in approval.
 
We are the dumbest organization at this point I fully expect that we fall down to 5th but miraculously we win the #1 pick and Bagley it.

Yeah I think I'm so zen about it because I'm sure we'll **** it up no matter what.

We get top 3? We'll draft a bust
We actually draft a superstar? Vivek Viveks them out of town after their first extension.

Obviously I'd prefer to get sucked into being optimistic again if we do come out of the '26 draft with a future great or I wouldn't still be here, but let's just say I'm a bit less emotionally invested than I used to be.
 
Man this team sucks. The on court product sucks. The record sucks. The win sucks. Deebo shooting away sucks. May your lives be blessing you in other ways right now.
 
Sport historians may wonder how it is possible for a team to miss the playoffs 18 times in 19 years when more than half the league qualifies for the playoffs every year. This is how.
 
Watched this game and just turned it off shaking my head. Really felt nothing. Them my wife turned on the Netflix special on the death of the Montreal Expos and toward the end when the mayor of Washington DC was welcoming the team to DC and expo fans were already just dejected and depressed, it brought back everything that happened with the kings. At the last game in Montreal, the fans were crying. The players were crying. The announcers were crying. Brought back how i use to feel about the kings. I wish the kings were good. I wish I could feel the way I use to feel about this team.
 
If Jerry Reynolds’s is saying that he’s worried about passing Utah……….wow. Jerry knows what’s up. This team is doing so much damage to their future. They are gonna get more wins, that’s almost a guarantee. Whats that gonna do to their chances at drafting a difference maker. I feel really bad for you hard core fans.
