Mister Slim Says: Seventeen more games of this.

The resistible force meets the moveable object in a Tank-Off™ at the Eagle! Indiana looks to become the second team to fifty losses by losing to the first team with fifty losses. It's a battle of shameless losers versus slightly-principled losers. Disgusting, is what it is... The last time these two teams met, the Pacers won thanks to a combined 76 points from Pascal Siakam, Andrew Nembhard and Bennedict Mathurin. Well, Mathurin is now in Inglewood, Siakam has been ruled out, and Nembhard is currently listed as "Doubtful," so the Pacers are definitely pulling no punches in this Race to the Bottom™.

Both organizations should be ashamed of themselves, but I know that at least one of them definitely isn't. I am notoriously anti-tank but, if there was one game that I was going to be in favor of it it would be this one, because **** those guys! The Kings need to go full 2012 Phoenix Mercury and sit Westbrook with, like, a toothache or something.

Keep playing the kids.

Damn it, Slim, you left out...
"Mr. Watson, come here, I want to see you"...

Edit: No, Slim, you actually did NOT leave it out...I did not realize it was there all along...:)

Biggest game of the season for those of us who love lotto odds and/or hate ethical, competitive basketball!

A healthy Deebo could be just the thing to turn our offense back into **** after sitting out the 33 assists/3 TOs game against Chicago. He'll make scoring on us easier for whatever g-league castoffs Indiana plays tonight too. A true two-way tank superstar! It's just a shame Zach is out for the season, we could really have used both Tank Bros tonight.

Win or lose, here's to hoping we get good games from Max, Nique, and more minutes for Carter! To those of you watching tonight: I salute you!

It would be a travesty if the Kings win tonight. We need to sink the Pacers in the race for a top-five pick! Our young guys might start thinking they can win games--and actually like it! Forget the sunglasses, the veterans cannot let that happen. They need to start throwing the ball at Rick Carlisle or Danielle Scott. Dribble and dribble the shot clock down. The rookies are trash and need to play like it, too, just the way they usually do.

Then all will be well in NBA hell.

What the Pacers have done is clearly unethical.
Kings, for the most part, have tried to win and just sucked at it. Honestly, if they were fighting for a play-in, or better, I'm sure LaVine, Murray, and Sabonis would "fight through", so I don't know how I feel about that. We're not trying to throw games though, and the Pacers have had a lot of questionable moments.

I guess that's a long way of saying I don't trust the Pacers to play this straight up. They're going to absolutely try to lose. I don't think we're in the same boat.

This franchise is in such a bad way that they should be trying to game the system even better than the pacers. Force the commissioner to change the system. Instead they are gonna win their way out of th top 5. What is that gonna get them?

Pacers not even pretending to try and win this game. To be fair, though, Carlisle has job security: plus, he's been to the Finals twice, and won a ring, so even if he did get fired, he'd have a job the next day, so what's it to him if he flushes one season?

They’re also desperate to keep their pick in the top four otherwise the Clippers get it so this game is their NBA finals this year.

My viewership has been confined to scattered bits and pieces this season. But much like my enjoyment of so-bad-it's-good movies, I might actually stick through this one.
Like with Chicago, they are still getting plenty of good looks against us, they just aren't able to knock them down...and I'm fine with that! 😄
