Missed this one, but 9 minutes for Carter, assuming he was healthy and didn't get hurt, is pretty damn close to a fireable offense in my book. We're the worst team in the NBA by 2 games, 63 games into the year and a 2nd year former lotto pick is not playing.

Truly laughable.
Yep....Westbrick with 31 min. Hell, even Killian Hayes played more minutes. We're the biggest joke of a franchise of all time. I'm truly convinced that you could easily round up 3-4 of the top posters here and it would be run astronomically better.

I got invited to this game and had no idea who we were playing. Right before tip off I told my friends Gillespie and Allen were going to be kingslayers tonight. Hate being right. Kudos to Precious and Raynaud. **** our FO, and **** Vivek.

It's so absurd it almost doesn't even seem real.

Which is why I quickly fire back at anyone calling him a bust.

He's never been given a chance. There's certainly warts with the little sample we've seen, but there's a lot of potential positive too with him being on the floor. But we're nearly 2 years into his career now and he's yet to even have like 3 weeks being a consistent rotation player to find a groove.

I understood last year coming back from injury. But by game what.. 25? 30? this year he should have been an everyday player and given the keys to play big minutes. Let him sink or swim and head into the off-season to see what we have.

I'm not a fan of Carter and feel pretty comfortable predicting he's not going to pan out... and yet I totally agree not playing him at this point is completely laughable.

I'm sure it's been mentioned somewhere on this site (haven't been as actively lately), but I did hear on some podcast this week (forgive me, can't remember where) that the front office was considering signing Westbrook up for another year next year. We truly are a stupid franchise on so many levels. The only thing that keeps me somewhat interested at this point is the prayer that we land a top three pick. Even then, I have no confidence in our ability to set that player up to achieve any potential they have.
