First of all, congratulations to volcanofuncamp4wnrz for his hard-fought victory over the valiant VF21 Devils last year! :)

Hard to believe it's that time again...almost. Invitations have been sent to last year's team managers. In the event we have any openings, I will be accepting people who are serious about participating in an active fantasy football league.

Draft is set for Sunday, Aug. 30 at 10 a.m.

Has your email addy changed? Yahoo sent them out all at the same time. You might want to check your spam folder? If you can't find it, send me your email in a PM and I'll send you another one.

Phew! I just had a panic attack right now because I thought I missed our draft. I've had a lot of personal/family issues going on lately and this draft was forgotten. It just hit me that the draft was supposed to be on the 24th and I looked at the date and saw it was the 25th!!! OH no lol. I was so relieved to log in and see the draft scheduled for the 30th.

Oops. My bad. I'm sorry for any confusion. I copied and pasted most of the info from last year and neglected to change the date in the intro to Sunday, Aug. 30. (As you noticed, however, the date in the actual league information is correct.)

Soooo...

Apparently in my flu-infected brain, drafting 5 49ers was a good thing. :p

I did end up with an "automated insight" grade of B for my drafting prowess, however, so maybe it will all work out. Thanks again to all of you who are participating once again this year. Maybe the Niners will astound me and do very good things!

lol I didn't even draft, barely paid attention, finished the regular season 6-8 and now looks like I'm about to win this thing.

I haven't received the reminder from Yahoo yet, but I'll get to this in the next few days. Unfortunately, I used up almost all my measured bandwidth doing a Windows 10 upgrade so I'm currently limited in how much time I can spend online until after Aug. 17. (Unless I stay up like now and use the "bonus" bandwidth I have from 2 to 8 a.m.).
