I don't care for either of these teams (the antics of Warrior fans and even staff in recent years has eliminated my NorCal brotherly love for them) but that last "foul" on Green guarding Griffin reminded me of Bibby's nose "fouling" Kobe's elbow.

Nope. There is no "more tolerable" team from LA. I absolutely detest Blake Griffin and Chris Paul. I think the Staples Center turns players into total and complete arses. Whatever the reason, watching the two of them makes my skin crawl.

We shall both agree to disagree. As I got nothing against the Clippers as a franchise. For now at least...

From January to February 2010. He was traded to Houston with Kevin Martin.

The plan was set, the product of a 30-minute players meeting.

The Warriors were going to go through pre-game warm-ups and take part in the national anthem and starting line-up introductions. They were going to take the floor for the jump ball, dapping up the Clippers players as is customary before games.

Then once the ball was in the air, they were just going to walk off. All 15 of them.

When I hear "Mercury," I think WNBA, so I have no idea how reliable MercuryNews.com is, but if this is true, I almost wish that we could un-ban Sterling, just so I could see this happen.

The San Jose Mercury News is part of the Bay Area News Group. Pretty reliable although I'm only vaguely aware of the author of this particular piece.

The Merc is San Jose's newspaper (and part of the Bay Area News Group, which also runs the Oakland Tribune) so it's legit. Thompson used to be a beat writer before getting the Marty Mac treatment and getting elevated to columnist.

Curry 2-3....
Can't win any games when your best scorer has only taken 3 attempts and mind you, he's 2-3 1-1 on 3. It's not like Bruce Bowen is guarding him...

Most surprising player of this series to me is Thompson. A hell of a player. I would give up Ben Mac for Thompson any day. He does it all and he's very clutch. Have a hard time seeing the Warriors let him go. They'll def. over pay him and rightfully so.

I ****ing bet you would... :D

The question, of course, is why would anyone who is not a Kings Fan?

You'll see next season :D

Ben Mac will be 20ppg player once IT is gone.
However, I'd still take Thompson even with Ben Mac at full potential. The later lacks BBall IQ..

The Warriors really screwed themselves in game 3.
Curry is the culprit for that one.

Draymond Green just makes winning plays, he was massive in game 6 he really reminds me of Malik Rose when he played on the Spurs championship squad.

Klay Thompson is always commiting dumb fouls and taking stupid shots he's not really all that much smarter than Ben he's just more experienced.

Watching David Lee and Blake Griffin "get physical" is sort of like watching a marshmallow test whip cream.

This is actually the only first round series where I don't have a preference for who wins. I don't like either of them. I'm ecstatic they've beaten the crap out of each other for 7 games.

I slightly prefer the Clippers only because I think they have a better chance of beating Miami in the finals.

If it makes you feel any better, there was virtually no chance of the Warriors making it to the Finals, whether they'd beaten the Clippers or not.

I really wish David Lee got injured instead of Bogut that guy is so freaking soft, has zero concept of defence or boxing out and had 1/10 of the impact Draymond Green (was excellent) had. Draymond Green is a beast but the guy does little 1% plays and just helps you with your cause.....Lee on the other hand doesn't want to break a fingernail.

GS is making a mistake letting Jackson go and it might cost them Steph. You go against your star and the coach he loves, the replacement better at the least, as good, and for the most part, better. I don't see that happening.
