Obviously not happy with the results, but I'm proud of the fact that I only made one roster move the entire season. Nobody else who made the playoffs had fewer than four, and most everybody who was an actually active participant in the league had at least ten.

So, basically, you could make the argument that I was King of the Draft, as I nearly got it right the first time. That's going to be my challenge for next season: to see if I can get back to the Finals with zero roster moves...

I was actually going to mention that, Slim. If I was going to give out a season accomplishment award - much like MIP or something similiar - there's no doubt you'd win. Of course, there's also the random luck factor in that your team was able to remain comparatively healthy as opposed to a couple of teams who were really decimated with injuries over the course of the season.

I'm just glad the league remained (for the most part) competitive. Those of you who continued to participate all season will have first call on roster spots for the 2009-2010 season.

:)

Comparatively healthy, indeed. Even though three of my top six missed at least fifteen games, and my number-four scorer only played in twenty-five games... :p

But I like to think that there wasn't all that much luck involved, as I went out of my way to draft players that have a track record for not missing games. You look at my roster, and the only injury-prone player is Wallace, and you had to know I was going to draft him...
