Mister Slim Says: It's all over but the grousing.
Sacramento and Utah have both been eliminated from the Emirates NBA Cup, and are playing to avoid last place in Group A. This is a battle between a team that is trying to win and mostly failing versus a team that is trying to lose and... honestly, also mostly failing: not that 5-12 is a good record, but considering that they have the same number of wins as a team that isn't trying to lose, it doesn't really seem like they understand the assignment.
Both teams will look different from their first matchup of the season: the Jazz had Walker Kessler in the first meeting, while the Kings had Domantas Sabonis, but did not have Keegan Murray. Expect the Kings to get outrebounded yet again, as they haven't won the rebounding battle in a single game since Sabonis went out to a knee injury (and have only tied once) and Utah is the second-best rebounding team in the league through 17 games. On the other hand, the Jazz lead the league in turnovers and are second-to-last in points allowed. If Sacramento can manage not to KANGZ it up too bad, they should have enough to win, whether Kings fans believe they should or not.
