I originally predicted we'd take Evans, because I thought Rubio was going 3. But since Rubio's on the board, I think we have to take the gamble on Rubio.

My guess Rubio will be off the board at 3, so we will take Evans.

As long as it's not Hibbert, I think I'll be okay with whomever we pick.

Bayless has been projected to go #4 in a lot of drafts. The odds of him falling all the way to 12 seem slim to none to me. But if for whatever reason he's there, we definitely would have to grab him.

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of Augustin, based mainly on the combination of his size and lack of athleticism. I think we can do better (not at PG, but overall). I don't see Petrie trading Augustin for Hibbert. What does Petrie have with slow, unathletic players anyway? Hawes, Hibbert...

My guess is that Indiana takes Randolph at 11 if the O'Neal/TJ Ford trade goes through.

I don't think a trade is going to happen. But it looks like Indiana might be trading O'Neal for TJ Ford+17, which would mean Indiana doesn't need a PG and may not pick Augustin at 11, which is where most drafts have him projected as going. That would probably mean we can get him at 12. Source...

I was against the pick of Hawes. When the Kings took him, I punched my couch. But over the course of the year, I came around, and now I like him. This year, I'm really hoping we don't take Hibbert. My couch is already cringing.
