I still come here... but only rarely. For years after moving back the the east coast, I would come religiously to view the game recap/grades threads... i miss those a bunch!! (but also recognize that those were a LOT of work for somebody other than me..! ) I also came to the "non-NBA"...

its is the JTs of the world that free agency kills. Its easy to become a fan of a star when he is traded to, or signs with your team (not just a super star, but a Vlade or a Rudy level of talent). but the blue collar guys? you become fans of them because they are around, and they grow on...

yes.. DC... but i was being dishonest. The cost of my parking place at work costs more than that, but my employers pays a good portion of it, and i rarely opt for it (most months i take the "metro subsidy" instead, and then a good portion of the year I bike anyways, so get no subsidy at all)

my parking spot costs more than $325/month.... :(

I have a hard time believing that so many of you think the decision of which player to insert in the #8/#9 spot in the rotation over the #9/#10 spot in teh first couple of games this season is a cause for alarm/excitement.... ... or even much notice the damned off-season is over. its time...

the kings would have to overachieve to get over 30 wins.... here is hoping that they do (i voted 26-30)

and hence... bring on the V-rule! (i REALLY want bad teams to play like they mean it, and are trying to build something for the future at teh end of seasons.....)

he also has the biggest ROOM for improvement (the highest ceiling--- if he can get it together)
