I've liked everything about Ellis right from the get-go last year. Well, except one thing that has nothing to do with basketball. But I'm an old fuddy-duddy so take that into account.
For some reason, my wife thinks he is too small. I think it is because of his slight build but that just makes...
After all, spectator sports of any sort are entertainment. Draymond is entertaining. He makes money for the league and the team. Follow the money.
But NASCAR wrecks, MMA mayhem, hockey fights, football dirty hits, and similar are also entertaining. Not excusing any of it...just human nature.
There have been some hints in the posts for this game that Coach Brown may have some responsibility for these type of losses.
Yes, he was COY last year but seems to be stuck in "last year". Maybe some of his techniques and decisions are based on what was rather than what is. He puts the same...
Somehow your links to Twitter (whoops: X) don't appear to my computer...just the link. Clicking on the link results in X telling me that the link "can't be found". Any idea what is going on?
Coach Brown is nowhere near a Bobby Knight (RIP) methodology disciple. And moving on from Coach Brown is not a suggestion here.
What is being suggested is a recognition of proven successful educational and motivational practices.
Coach-of-the-Year Brown certainly deserved the award last year for pushing the team's performance. This year seems to have started with a team tired of being pushed...almost defiant. Recall the game early this year when Brown said Keegan mouthed F-you after being threatened with being pulled...
We are not privy to practice sessions but he must shoot lights-out in the gym for the coach and staff to hang with him this long. Coach Brown and his assistants are not dummies or incompetent. Something is there that they see and we can't.
It is telling that his misses are so badly off. No in-and-outs, no "almosts", but rather near air-balls, clanks, and bricks.
His head is not right and would very likely benefit from a new opportunity on a different team. Just remember how hotly he started with the Kings last season with a fresh...
Here is what I'm getting on kings.com/live:
An error (500 Internal Server Error) has occurred in response to this request.
I live in Vacaville which is well within the 75 mile restriction.
My "smart tv" seems to be able to broadcast the Internet. It pulled up kings.com that matched my computer's kings.com. So if the game is streamed on the computer then it should also come over the TV. "Should" is the key word here. It likely won't be HD but at least it is something. We will see...
As much as I like Davion as a player and person, it is likely that he will not be a King by the end of the season if there is a trade of any kind. He just might be the "extra value" piece that would make a productive trade possible. He would be a useful fit on many other teams.
