Really had the opportunity to address some personnel weaknesses in the draft. Didn't do it. I'd say that we are weaker from a personnel front, but better from a coaching standpoint. I think we can make up some of the losses just by having the team all on the same page.

Pat Riley isn't the head of an organization that players look at with disdain. Sacramento is. And therefore I think we need to go above and beyond to make sure that players know that there is a new regime in town that is focused on winning basketball and building a strong culture.

And teams will wait until that becomes an issue on the court, and Vlade is put in a situation where he has to trade Rudy or bench him. The guy doesn't want to be here (rightfully so). Management doesn't want him here. So find a decent value, if there is any, and ship him out.
