I think the key is the rawness of Jones. Sometimes it looks like the game is moving too fast and he’s slow to react. No sense in pushing him. We are win now. No time and not enough practices to develop right now.
This squad has zero discipline on the defensive end. Too many guys run around like high school players as if they’ve never learned basics. Poorly defended 3s are the death of this team.
On paper, I'm happy with this roster. Let's see if they can develop chemistry quickly (as in tonight and in the coming week).

I was about to add Jason Jones as one guy I trusted to speak the truth. I didn't always like what I heard, but he was generally right once I took the emotions out of it.
Reading between the lines of Monte's presser, I have the feeling we aren't doing anything more this deadline. Monte made his one move and is talking about "down the line" flexibility.
