Good point!
I see Kuminga as a go for broke option. Feast or famine. Only 22 years old and a huge upside, If he is as good we hope he is, you can have a star for the team long term potentially…..but you have to get him here first. Something The Kings have had difficulty with over the years.
We’ll see. Maybe…maybe not. As GM of the NY Knicks I’d venture to say that he wielded a lot more clout in the day. The Kings organization has no clout of any kind. I Hope he succeeds in putting out the dumpster fire that is the reputation of The Sacramento Kings.
Feeling sorry for myself watching Tyrese Haliburton who we traded, is playing great in the finals while the other guy that we kept to get Sabonis, stuck it to us and forced us to trade him to San Antonio. In the meantime Sabonis is sitting back on the couch watching from the sidelines wondering...
I’m taking Doug. This way Scott can say I stuck with his potential and wanted to see how he does. Should Doug succeed then Scott looks good for seeing something in him. On the other hand if Doug does poorly then he can claim Doug wasn’t his hire and dump it on Monte or whoever. It’s a...
Felt it was a good introductory press conference. He said a lot… But didn’t say much. I expect that they’ll be a lot to talk about in this off-season. I’ll certainly give him the benefit of the doubt for now and see if he can pull this sh*t show together.
I would hope that this has already been discussed since Perry knew he was going to have the job a couple of months ago. The fact that Christie hasn’t been announced as the head coach, as of yet gives me cause for concern. I feel like there are negotiations going on for a new head coach instead...
Monte was a dead man walking. I’m sure he knew it. Doug an interim HC. Mike Brown fired mid season. Fox traded, Sabonis and Deebo unhappy and blown out in the playin game. What a franchise. Hopefully the new guy will be a positive change going forward. Wait until next year Kingsfans!!
