speaking of contracts. they could structure the deal where its front loaded so we can meet the floor with that deal and then it could technically be a 3m/yr deal after the initial year.
only tha KANGZ can trade their centerpiece talk about rebuilding and then do another 180 then take on an aging undersized big man so we can get back into mediocrity. FFS are we gonna give up an unprotected top pick in 2019 when our undersized biggie takes us to mid lottery?#KANGZ
i don't believe that theory. millsap is undersized, aging and will be grossly overpaid. we need to stack assets as much as possible and go for some real targets ala philly and celts. they aren't handing out assets like candy on halloween.
make the shot count
that would be the cost of getting out of deng's contract if we absorbed it. small initial gains in the 27th or 28th pick then gotta pay him and another kid/pick to get out of it.
that donovan mitchell kid is pretty explosive. i'd take him over russell all day everyday. have him work with bobby jackson and we might have something special.
the trade shows dlo's value. they needed someone to take on the bloated mozgov's contract also. looks like they might getting it right dumping stuff left and right.
so do you think they're in the drivers seat in negotiation? heres my problem player who wrecked morale in the locker room with his immaturity. he isn't trusted among his team mates. i'll take that 10 off your hands if you take this one off ours. who cares if he was picked 2nd. it doesn't matter...
thats a huge no on swallowing deng's load of a contract. portland might be willing to give up the 15 or 20 for afflalo so why go for table end scrap pick.
deng is at 18m/yr for another 3 years and he isn't going to be playing or any trade value. if we were to ship him out in a future trade...
