Nice to be able to count on the defense to make a critical stop. And when was the last time we said that about the Sacramento Kings?

It was obvious to me from day 1, but I there is no doubt, Hayes and Cousins as a combination have the potential to just flat out become the best pick and roll stopping duo in the league. This is why Chuck Hayes is here, to play WITH Cousins.

Our Defense so far this year.. Opponents are shooting under 40%fg and under 16% from 3pt.

That 3PT% number is really fluky. Good shooters have missed a ton of open threes against us in this small sample size. But the overall FG% number is very nice.

I'm putting the fault on Cousins for our offense. He's destroyed our offensive flow and efficiency with his TO's, fouls, and inefficiency. He's got to step up and be the #1 option we need him to be

Give him outside options and he's going to be much better. That pass he made out to Thornton from the post before is only there when Thornton is there.

Maybe, but we've seen improvement in Smart riding his top guys, plus Chucks defense.
