If Cousins were playing himself, he'd be losing bigtime. Silly fouls, silly plays, no poise. Not exacly All Star caliber. When things don't go his way, he turns into a mental midget.

i guess the only bright side is that the Lakers are a far superior team that will probably win the entire western conference. so i guess losing to them isnt toooooo bad

lets face it. at one time every starter on the lakers was an all star. in fact 3 of them prob will be this year. Not to mention 3 devensive MVP's in the lineup. scoring leaders, assist leaders. rebound, steals and blocks leaders. Honestly who CAN beat this team?

It really has nothing to do with the competition. The Kings need to play more intelligently regardless of who they play against. Ultimately, you compete against yourself, and the Kings have got to discipline their minds and behavior in order to maximize their potential.

Uh, this is all about building a system, a rotation, and beyond. This is still a team with a lot of kinks and still with no indication that some are going to be worked out this season.

This team is and will be extremely tough to beat. It's near impossible to do so when we aren't allowed to play defense

Exactly, and I know it's preseason and rotations and what not can be screwy but if this didn't almost exactly mirror the kind of stuff we saw last year I would just brush it off, but it does so we can't.
