i dont mind if Thornton is moved to a bench roll to even out the starting lineup. i think its probably best for the team. but only if he still plays large minutes in the game like Harden/Terry

He had a solid game. The turnovers were from questionable travel calls that normally don't get called too. He looked better tonight than he has in the past.

Yep, haters are gonna hate, everyone else is gonna notice vast improvement in Jimmer's overall game. I was scared when he was matched on Lillard, but he only beat him off the dribble once and help defense was late

even the Jimmer lovers need to admit that with Isaiah Thomas and Aaron Brooks on this time, Jimmer shouldn't see any playing time unless the game is a blow out

It's pre season, my guess is Jimmer is playing very well in training camp (based on alot of quotes). Competition makes everyone better, if Brooks and IT knew they had the pg minutes locked they wouldn't be playing with a chip on their shoulder. Jimmer has not looked miles worse than Brooks or IT, all three have been impressive in their own rights.

Honestly I didn't like Jimmer last year. I love the 3's I hated his defense last year and his ball handling was horrid. He has improved on defense. His handle still isn't there but a tad better. His decision making still leaves some to be desired. IF he plays an min it should be off the ball in spot shooting situations with better players on the court i.e. Demarcus Cousins and Tyreke. Somebody that demands attention leaving Jimmer for some open looks. That is the best way he can be utilized on THIS years team. He should not be a facilitator of the offense and should not be driving to the lane unless its a fast break or until he can hit a stop and pop 10 footer. Right now just go with his strengths no need for him to do anything else with the other talent we have at pg. I mean after all Thronton is a good 3 ball shooter himself and looks more polished on defense, ball handling, and getting to the rim and he isn't a pg.

Jimmer was all over Cisco for the late help defense on that one too.
