nets reportedly will still try to get d12, but if they dont they have a pretty good team with dwill/jj/wallace/lopez. boy how the rich get richer :(
well, they don't have any depth, which also makes it pretty much impossible for them to trade for Howard. but, as someone else said, between the frontcourt of the Knicks and the backcourt of the Nets, they could make an actual NBA team in New York.

edit: also, the Mavs are pretty screwed now, aren't they? Terry gone, Williams never there, any shot at Dwight Howard gone. Dirk won't be very happy next season.

They still have 3 pieces: Lopez, picks and Howard's desire to play only in Brooklyn ..

I just don't know that Brooks, Lopez and picks that, if Howard is on the Nets, are certainly not going to be lottery picks, is enough for the Magic. admittedly, this opinion is influenced by the fact that I don't think much at all of Lopez and there can clearly be debate about that, but I think the Magic say no to that.

Sadly, Dwight's mouth has REALLY taken any influence our power out of the hands of the Magic. They do not have to give him for peanuts, but the way it is looking, they are probably going to better off waiting until Superman has one of those weird days that he agrees to play elsewhere and immediately trade him, lol.
