[Game] GAME: Kings at Nuggets, 1/4 @ 6PM

I think I am now convinced that is a Maloof sister speaking at 42 seconds into this video.

Sure the coaching is terrible, but what about the gutless effort on the court?
Would you run through a wall for your coach if he showed he didn't want to win? Not starting COusins and not taking advantage of Randolph and Nene being out on consecutive nights is basically the coach giving up before tipoff.

I played sports my whole life. I never played to win for just my coach. I played hard everytime I took the floor because I was competitive and wanted my team to win

From a thread on InsideHoops titled "Who gets fired first... Paul Westphal or D'Antoni?":

"westphal - i think he's already lost his players, he's making excuses and he doesn't even have an identity for his team, on offense or defense. at least d'antoni has a plan, however crappy that plan may be"

"If the Kings keep Westphal on board for another month, yikes. Things are only going to get uglier in Sacramento."

"I think Westpal will be gone eventually if they continue to have spats with players... Kings are real young so I wouldn't be surprised for them to tank this year to get another top lottery pick and get serious about competing."

Even non-Kings fans can see the epic fail that is Westloser.

Pro players quiting on an inept coach is not new to pro sports. I'm sure as a kid all these guys gave 100% as well. This is different.

Try comparing it to your job. Would you stay after work and work on weekends to fix your bosses mistakes, eventhough you always gave a great effort at your studies as a kid?

That's because the substitution pattern is all f'd up. If Cousins started the half as he should have, he'd have rested late 3rd early 4th, and been fresh for the last 9-10 mins or so.
No no no! Cousins shouldn't have started the second half. The starters were playing so bad we had to throw in our shooting threats to get us back in the game. And if they did, then we can bring in Cousins!!!!

imagine if we would have signed Crawford, wow that would have been brutal. Tyreke, Thornton, and Crawford on the same team. wow i don't even want to think about it.

Remember, Westy was the one who wanted Salmons and Hayes, and then said "our roster looked great, and we don't need to make any changes". And that quote is almost word for word. How about he take some responsibility for nonw of them playing well or fitting together, since it was his idea in the first place.
