Unbelievable. They blew a whistle then decided there was NO FOUL on the Greene putback? That kind of stuff only happens to us. Seriously, does that happen to anybody else??

Probably Tyreke's worst game of the year. And his mistakes are ones that have been pointed out before, but he obviously doesn't care about improving his game. A fundamental aspect of basketball is not leaving your feet and then making a decision...such as passing. There is no excuse for evans to constantly do this. All it does is set up the defense to react, which they do, and that causes turnovers.

Felton was one of the players I really was hoping they would go after. I was told by a few people around here though that he wasn't that good, wouldn't make the team any better, etc though, hahaha.
He isnt, thats why. It's called the King's Defense effect, we are after all the worst defensive team in the league ( or close)

Evans must be hurt as in ankle or groin. Maybe only slight injury but it has slowed him since late in 4th. Kings shooting woes continue big time. 42% v 52% for NY. Horrible 3pt shooting by Kings at 17% v. 40% NY. Didn't even look at FT shooting - no need real need too considering.

Can anybody really say with a straight face that Evans has improved in ANY facet of the game at all from last season? I'm sorry, he actually looks worse. I don't even have to point this out any more to the kool aid drinkers, he's doing the talking for me on the court. Good night.

Westphal sat Donte Greene, hoping to pull a "return of Nate Robinson in Atlanta" type moment???? Atleast we found out the team still has some heart and fire...

What does an ankle have to do with making poor decisions?

His shooting is much improved (No longer shooting from behind his head), decision making has impoved along with his court awareness (If out team remembered how to hit threes, he would be averaging a good two or so more assists per game.

Your criticism is valid, but what is bolded is a pretty big assumption. Reke puts in work. He put in work on his jumper (with varied results so far - but jumpers take time), so hopefully he will put in work on basic fundamentals (coaching needs to really hammer it in too. Last season they let Reke get away with a lot).

As far as Reke's questionable BBIQ. He is a young player, asked to do an awful lot. Hopefully he plays smarter (because if he doesnt than he will never be a top 15 player IMO) in time, and really it takes time. Its premature to even make a call on any decision making improvement til at least 3 seasons in. And a lot of this depends on coaching, which is iffy here in Kingsland. It would be awesome if we can get a crafty vet guard over here as a mentor for Reke. Like, a vet minimum wiley has-been type.
