Kings tickets 222 row c (2nd row of 2nd deck) less than face value

These are my season tickets. I can't make the following games and are selling my 2 tickets in 222 row c (2nd row of 2nd deck) for $50 for the pair. Face value for the pair is $51 plus fee's!!!

Buy 3 or more pairs and i will throw in "1" general parking pass ($10 value)

tue oct 5th vs phoenix (preseason game) $45
thur oct 7th vs la clippers (preseason game) $45
tue oct 12th vs golden state (preseason game) $45

wed nov. 10th vs minnesota
wed nov. 17th vs new york knicks
tue nov. 30th vs indiana
wed dec 8th vs washington
wed dec 29 vs memphis
wed jan 19th vs portland
tue jan 25th vs charlotte
mon feb 7th vs utah
wed mar 2nd vs portland
mon mar 16 vs cleveland
fri mar 18 vs philadelphia

So, only the pre-season games are under face value???
The regular season tickets are $1 below face.

Edit: but it appears that the season ticket holder price (as opposed to face) is $45. Still, it's cheaper than you could get them without being a STH.

I'm buying his tickets to 2 games and happy to pay that price. I don't have to pay extra fees I otherwise would plus he also gets stuck with a paypal charge to get his money. I like buying tickets from a STH so they don't get stuck eating tickets they can't use.
