There's a new poll over at the official Kings website, www.kings.com, I think everyone here should take time to vote in...

It asks which Kings jersey you like the best and one of the options is the "away black"...

:D

I don't know if it means anything, of course, but who among us wouldn't like to see a return to basic black for the Kings?

Black is leading, but only by a few points over the baby blues.

Go! Vote! Now!!!

Thanks for letting us know about the poll, VF! I voted for the "Away Black". They're also my favorite! I'm glad I was able to buy a black jersey before they went to the purple.

The mere fact that road black is an option even though it isn't currently being used means it very well may be used in the future. If there is any chance the Kings are holding this survey to figure out which alternate uniform to use next year, then there is literally NO point in voting for home whites since they will be there anyway.

The black road jerseys with the "Sacramento" on them will look beautiful. I saw an Artest one on the Kings store online and it just amazing.

Imagine the entire team wearing these:
