You can't deny it or sugarcoat it any longer. You cannot say it's too early in the season or that the coaching staff needs more time to get settled in...
We suck.
And now it's up to each Kings fan to figure out how he/she is going to handle this team that could well be renamed the Sacramento Hoovers. It doesn't do any good to get angry; it doesn't do any good to scream at the TV. They can't hear us... and even if they could, we aren't saying anything they don't already know.
They suck.

Now, having started this thread, does this mean I'm giving up on the Kings? Of course not. I love this team. But I have no hopes left whatsoever for anything other than a decent lottery pick and some good deals through trades or perhaps a free agent acquisition or two.
This group of young men is not a team. This current assemblage cannot be expected to do the impossible. You can see the frustration on their faces because, just like the gerbil in the wheel, no matter how fast they run they aren't going to get anywhere.
The current head coach does not impress me. Whether it's a cause-effect or effect-cause problem doesn't matter. He simply cannot seem to find a way to get this group of players to win. In fact, he can't seem to get them to maintain the same presence from one half to another. I said in another thread that he must be serving Prozac kool-aid at half-time, because the few games we've started out well have seemed to go totally down the tubes after the break.
We suck.
And I'm a Kings fan.
I'm sure we'll be meeting here again soon. Have a nice evening. There's coffee and donuts in the lobby.
We suck.

At least they are not getting our hopes up anymore.
