HE STARTS, AND IS HAVING A HORRIABLE YEAR THAT ONLY HAS TO DO WITH HIS SELF. wHEN THE KINGS BEAT UTAH IN UTAH THE OTHER I TIVOED IT AND WATCHED THE PLAYERS REACTION ON THE BENCH WHEN REEF HIT THAT 3 POINTER EVERYONE JUMPED OFF THE BENCH AND WAS HAPPY AND HE DIDNT MOVE A MUSCLE EXCEPT FOR STANDING UP, WHEN THE KINGS WON HE GOT RIGHT UP AND WALKED TO THE LOCKER ROOM. i THINK SOMETHING BEHIND THE SENCES IS WRONG AND THATS A PART OF THE REASON WHY THE TEAM CHEMISRTY ISNT RIGHT ANY ANSWERS OR THOUGHTS?

I used to scream at KT almost every game for bad shots and turnovers. However, I think he's figured out what he does best and that is rebound and clean up the glass. He's not a scorer or a shooter. He's not really a passer. He should never put the ball on the floor.
Hang around the basket, grab rebounds, get put-backs. When he does that, he actually has a huge positive impact on the game.
Let the other 4 shoot, dribble, and pass.
There have even been a few times lately where he's been the best player on the floor.

Bascally, Kenny Thomas pouts like a 5 year old if he doesn't start, that there alone shows that hes a selfish _____(you fill in the blank). A real team player and a winner doesn't care if he starts or not, and will contribute anyway he can in order to get a win for his team, Kenny Thomas is not that guy.

Thank you! I'm so sick of the KT bashing around here. The fact remains that he's a King whether most of you like it or not. Is he ideal? Not by a long shot, but he plays hard every time he's on the floor. Do all of you KT bashers have control over who starts? I didn't think so. Suck it up and deal with it. KT is one of the lesser worries on this team. Bibby and Artest's shooting % worry me a whole lot more than KT's pouting. Enough already....
this is just discussion on k.t., how come some ppl get so butt hurt about that. sure hes had some good games, i think ppl said he sucks becuase they combine his attitude with his playing abilities, or rather lack of abilities. Overall k.t. is useful for boards, but other than that not much else, and its hard to like/root for someone who doesnt seem to care about the team or the other guys..like doing nothing when sar hit that 3. Kenny cares about his stats alone, and luckily the only stat hes good at is rebounding and i think he knows that so he just goes out and grabs boards, shuffles his feet a lot and misses wide open layups along with kinda throwin the ball up at the hoop from time to time rather than actually laying it in/up
okay. I love when people make these generalizations. No professional athlete likes to lose. Every game KT drives to the hoop and then kicks the ball out to the perimeter on multiple occasions, and a lot of KT's rebounds come because there are no other Kings under the hoop. Maybe to show that he doesn't only care about his stats, he should run back to the other end of the court like the rest of the team. Like I said before, he's not perfect, and yeah he blows a lot of layups, but he plays hard and he's got the starting spot. BTW SAR pouts and complains just as much.
We've had some legitimate threads discussing Kenny Thomas. This sure doesn't look like one of them... Some of you need to read our Tips for Posting. Bashing players, whether it be Kenny Thomas or SAR or Mike Bibby or Kevin Martin or ANY other player, is not cool. Legitimate criticism is one thing. A number of the comments in this thread clearly crossed the line which is why it's been closed.
