KWOD is 'Institutionalized' by Suicidal Tendencies. Good old punk classic my older brother used to love, hadn't heard it since then. Now I'm going to have it running through my head for a while.

What a great song. I was in Vegas earlier this year and my friends were having the late night special, I joined them late after eating myself and ordered a Pepsi.

"Just one Pepsi?" the waitress replied.

"And you're going to give it to me" was my retort.

She smiled knowingly and this cemented her as the coolest Vegas late night waitress ever.

LOL. That is my favorite part of the song. I remember when my brother used to listen to it, our mom would come by and do the old trying-to-understand-your-kid's-music thing that parents do. "Now why wouldn't his mother give him the Pepsi??"

he really needs to distance himself from audioslave. he'd be much better off going solo...

you know, i completely agree. though i dig some of audioslaves material, cornell was stellar in soundgarden, temple of the dog and with his solo career. his voice is unique, and he is one of my favorites. though i must admit when i went to a concert a while back and they performed some rage songs, i was less than impressed to say the least

lenny kravitz- i belong to you

indeed

i mostly would like to see morello, wilk, and commerford rejoin with zach de la rocha. rock & roll needs a band like rage against the machine. they split because of "creative differences," but what does that mean? zach de la rocha did nothing as a "solo artist," and i'm sorry, but audioslave is very very mediocre. maybe i'm biased because i absolutely love soundgarden and rage against the machine--as separate entities. rage was a pioneer (along with the deftones) of the rap-rock wave of the 90's. soundgarden was a pioneer of the grunge rock scene. the two shouldn't have been meshed together, because they could never eclipse the sum of their respective band histories.

rage against the machine - know your enemy
