Playing against Hornets makes me questions the east teams' records, it sure is nice to play wizard/hornets 4 time a year instead of 2.

I feel like the East has 3 elite teams and then a bunch of goofball squads that would be bottom of the West, and it's been this way for like, at least twenty years.

He's been playing really great defense but he's definitely going to the highlight reel plays and it's not working so far.

Yep. Even if the Kings completely collapse towards the end of this season it likely isn't able to be pinned to a coaching issue even if it is one. He's learning the ropes still but the Fox situation and being just not good enough will likely take the spotlight.

A little bit of both. The Kings are definitely playing very hard. Probably unsustainably so but it's good to see.

The west is all over the place, half the team's above us are in free fall. I also think we can beat the nuggets.

Vivek was interested in him back before Brown was hired....and then insisted that he was part of the coaching staff. So yeah, I don't see a rather small sample size with this situation being his only chance, when he's been the organization's choice guy for years now

Not to discount the effort and intensity, moreso just musing about how much impact reffing has on games, especially when we start getting hit with those ticky tacks!

All these blocks, steals, and deflections are fun as heck though! Hopefully we can keep it up against better teams (and hopefully Keon is good)!

Exactly and one would hope that the moment they picked a first time head coach they did so with the foresight to realize that not only will there be growing pains, he should be afforded those growing pains. All in all, nobody would likely ever even know this was a first time head coach. He's running the locker room and getting his guys to continue to buy in when times get rough. The Kings have had a LOT of pretty mediocre coaching throughout the years and Christie isn't even close to the bottom just from an eyeball test.

Man this exactly. Refs change everything man. People don't realize it. It'd not just ft attempts. Bad reffing kills momentum

Yeah, we've seen signs of him being a really good head coach, outside of the struggle that anyone would have with this changed roster that has a few fit issues. Would be crazy to not allow him to hone the iQ and talent that he has
