LaVine probably also hasn't slept very much the past few weeks, since the reason he was missing those few games with the Bulls was because of the birth of his child. So between no sleep AND learning a new team, there's probably a lot going on for him to get back into his form
I can littersly almost garantee you he's not sleeping in same room as. His new born baby being rich as hell and needing beauty sleep to function. If I had a quarter of his wealth, I'd get a nanny to get sleep at night.

Guess she's off limits around here too. What a joke
Some may not like Kayte as a broadcaster, but she's an absolute sweetheart as a person. I ran into her in a restaurant once. I didn't see her at first, but she saw my hat and asked me what I thought about the game 2 nights before. Anyway, we had a great long conversation. She even gave me an extra Kings T shirt that she had with her. Didn't seem conceited or self-absorbed like many would be that were in her position. She was very sweet and kind.

He’s got a lot of room for growth with the team. Hopefully he didn’t catch whatever got into Huerter, but Velvet is 1-4 from 3 with Chicago. If he starts shooting the lights out I might get nervous
Lavine is around 38 percent for his 11 year career. That’s a big sample size. I’d imagine he will figure it out.

I’m going to go Mike Brown on this and ask for more spray threes. I feel like we almost never get any of those. When Monk drives he need to look for Domas but then also look for a pass to the corner either for a shot or another pass around the perimeter.

Doug has shown he can adjust some (the Keon late game minutes against the Pels) and tonight with the Twin Liths. Now I hope he finds some clean shots for our 44 percent shooter.

oh I feel that. I was walking into walls for weeks after my son was born.

Lol you can be kind and not good at your job. Happends all the time.

And before you delete this comment. She has nice hair

Just realized Kings won’t play Luka at all this season unless we play the Lakers in the playoffs. We have no more games against them and he didn’t play in the earlier Dallas game.

I think it would be pretty tough to hand off newborn duties to a nanny even if you are rich. Plus lot of stress, concern for the moms recovery, more doctor visits. I’d imagine it’s a load regardless of wealth.

Ufffffff, that was NUTZZZZZZ :) Kings showed a lot of heart. Offense was offense, but defense in the 4thq and OT was just... maximum effort.
DDR, Monk. Domas and JV on the offensive glass. Oh boy. I'm happy :)
BTW, with the regards of the occasional JV and Domas together on the court - it worked. In FIBA it was ugly cause court is smaller and defenders can pack the paint. Not the case in NBA. Offense with the both on the floor is not a problem. Defense? Well, JV is slow, but not criminally slow. Plus Domas is very fast and quick. I didn't see any defensive breakdowns with the big lineup. Just keep rotating. Sure, those "and-1" were a pain, but some were extreme difficult makes. On the other hand - LTU bigs can't set screens in the league anymore.
27-26. Two more games left in New Orleans before the break. One at a time ;)

The jump ball should be entirely removed from the game.
They should replace it with a version of the original XFL's scramble that was used in place of the coin toss.
Place the ball at center court, and have both starting big men start under each basket and run towards the ball (center court), and whoever gains possession of the ball first essentially gains the opening possession for their team...:p:p:p

If it was me nobody would take it, but ok still I think Keon had the best defensive performance considering how bad every one else was.

Also F*** the refs, another frustrating night on their side.
Still the team needs to improve to obtain chemistry, there are so many weaknesses and I doubt "some practises" will do the job. Other newly obtained players have been doing well, AD in his debut, Max Christie from day one in Dallas (btw he was +23 tonight and they lost) and others. Zac has been on the road most of the times and I doubt he is taking the newborn with him all this time.

Glad that we won but we shouldn't allow things to go that close when playing teams like Dallas missing AD, PJW and Gafford from early on and not being able to benefit from the height advantage apart from the middle of 4th quarter that the "braliukai" experiment with twin towers put us back in the game. It seemed like a desperate move, Demar told that they never tried it in practise ever but somehow it worked.

McCollum was out today for personal reasons (was he having a baby too?) so perhaps he can be absent in the upcoming match(es) that we are facing the Pelicans next?
