It's not quite the same as Doug telling all star veterans that have been in the league for a decade that they need to come off the bench because he needs to start this guy who has never even averaged double digits in his career.

It doesn't matter how talented they are offensively when the other team gets their choice between wide open 3s and hardly contested lay ups.
