I think Mason Jones could make a roster

His shot looks improved. He has some talent, but as an undersized 2 with good passing an okay handle and no clear label (shooter, playmaker etc.). Maybe as 11-12th man end of the bench maybe.

I saw him play in many,many games. He isn’t it. If he gets minutes it means we are screwed.

He's already shown value defensively. If he was really good both offensively, along with his defense, he wouldn't be a low cost player.

Given what he is, I like his defense with this team. Thought he should have been used more in spots last season

If you want consistent minutes you have to play both ends.

Nobody beyond the 9th or 10th man is going to be in the regular rotation for the Kings. That's where you look for guys with a talent for spots. Which Edwards has as a defensive wing
