Move this man to the bench as a first option!! His steady offense would mesh well with the chaos that is Malik Monk. And the starting 5 won't miss his complete lack of effort on the boards and defense.
This is the way.

25 MPG with this newfound USG? Yes please. Keeps him fresh and effective and opens up a slot to add elite defense into the starting 5.

Monk, Lyles, HB is filthy good offense off the bench.

The only problem is that Barnes and Monk almost never play together. That would require some work to make it work.

I mean, it might, but there's no evidence of that. In fact, the one season in which Barnes started fewer than 90 percent of his games was the single least-efficient season of his career; he shot career lows from every spot on the floor, and his PER and TS% were also career worst.

And he's still not someone you feed the ball to over and over. This upturn is partly him being aggressive but it's simply that Brown clearly changed the offense to include him and Domas is finding him.

Team stats across the board are almost identical for both teams in the first half. The Kings have 2 more made baskets (one of which is a three) and the Warriors have 2 more made free throws. How are the Warriors a below .500 team when they're basically our doppelgangers every time we play them?
